On a recommendation, Sam from Refined Scapes came into our lives and certainly lived up to his company name. Our backyard area was in desperate need of a makeover and Sam had some marvellous design ideas. I was very impressed with his understanding and flexibility - pivoting when required. No demand was too much, he even understood that the area had to be cat friendly. His work ethic was second-to-none, his promptness in all replies so very welcomed and what a great bloke! He went above and beyond our original plan just because ‘it will look nice for you’. Who does that? Sam.
Because of his wonderful work, we engaged him to build a shared fence between us and our neighbour. Again, he was super-prompt with quoting, understood the legalities required and built a beautiful timber fence as discussed. From this one job, he has picked up two more with my neighbour. Word travels fast when you do great work.
